The
Beth El Sisterhood is an arm of the Synagogue whose main purpose is to
support the activities of the synagogue and provide an organization for
all Jewish women. We are affiliated with the National Women’s League
for Conservative Judaism.
Our
Sisterhood spans a wide range of interests, ages and backgrounds.
We
provide programs designed to enhance your personal growth, Jewish
involvement and sense of community. Sisterhood meetings are
on the first Monday of every month at 11:AM in the foyer.
We
have events that are planned with the busy woman in mind – evenings,
daytime and Sundays. Our Book Club meets on the first Wednesday
every other month at 10:00 A.M. at the Synagogue. Call
Glenda Kaufman at 414-540-9739
for the title of the current book we are reading.
We
welcome you to join our Sisterhood, strengthen your Jewish identity,
broaden your involvement and make an impact on Beth El Ner Tamid
Synagogue and all of this for $30.00 a year. Sisterhood membership is
required for all the activities listed. Call Rachel Rudman 414 351
2199, Membership Vice President.
